1. Agreement

4. Content and Intellectual Property
Course materials, text, and assets are owned by Faststep Floristry Atelier or licensors. We grant you a limited, non‑transferable license to access purchased content for personal, non‑commercial educational use.
5. Refunds
Eligible within 7 days of purchase and before completing over 20% of content. We may refuse refunds in cases of policy abuse.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not share accounts, copy or distribute course content, interfere with site operations, or engage in unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts for violations.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Practice, context, and market conditions vary.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable course in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflicts rules. Disputes will be resolved through good‑faith negotiation; if unresolved, binding arbitration in New York County, New York.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
